An August wedding is usually guaranteed sunshine however knowing the British weather these days nothing is predictable, apart from it being unpredictable! The weather held off just long enough on Saturday for everyone to be squeezed into the safety of the church before the heavens opened, and what a squeeze it was with 150 guests!
The day went almost to plan, despite the bride arriving an unconventional 15 minutes early – but if that is the worst thing that happens on a wedding day then it can’t be bad! A traditional ceremony, although having three members of the clergy presiding is hedging your bets ever so slightly, and then a lively reception to follow. The catering was very good with a wide range of food catering for all tastes and palettes.
All I need to do now is spend some quality time in Lightroom processing the 1000 RAW images from the day. Better get the kettle on then!
