It is always a pleasure working with fellow professionals and being able to witness and appreciate their creativeness and art first hand, today was one of those occasions where I had the chance to work with the delightful and very talented professional dancer Zahra Jones. My brief was to capture the style and elegance of her art juxtaposed with decay, industry and metal. I chose Brighouse, with no disrespect to the town, partly through practicality but also based on the variety of architecture and backdrops that were available in a small area. We were able to move from disused and run down premises to new clean buildings and then onto parkland in less than a mile of each other.
I have to admit that I was very impressed with the strength , flexibility and creativeness of Zahra and I hope that this is reflected in the images we produced.
